Build AI features dispatchers can trust. You'd define how they are measured and keep them reliable.
What you will do
Ship AI features from prototype to production. Build the evaluation harness and keep regressions visible. Tune prompts, retrieval and fallbacks for messy real-world input. Sit with dispatchers and turn their corrections into improvements. Basic qualifications
3+ years shipping production ML or LLM features. Strong Python or TypeScript. Comfort with both is a plus. Built an eval set and used it to drive a measurable improvement. Pragmatic about latency, cost and fallbacks. Preferred qualifications
Retrieval-augmented systems at scale. Experience with field-collected or dirty real-world data. Happy to remove a feature nobody uses.
