The full-time AI Engineer III will serve as the hands-on technical lead for the development and support of Agentic AI applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring the reliability and security of AI systems, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of Agentic AI applications, including multi-agent workflows Provide mentorship and technical guidance to AI Engineers and contractors, including code review and support Architect and implement RAG pipelines, vector search, embedding-based retrieval, and LLM integration patterns for production use cases
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a technical or numerical field; Master's degree preferred 8+ years of experience in software application design and development or data engineering pipelines 3+ years of experience leading technical teams on application or AI/ML delivery projects Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, vector databases, and NLP-based automation Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks and cloud computing platforms
