Serving as a hands-on technical lead, the full-time AI Engineer III will manage the development and support of Agentic AI applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring the reliability and security of AI systems in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of Agentic AI applications, including multi-agent workflows Provide technical guidance, code review, and mentorship to AI Engineers and contractors Architect and implement RAG pipelines, vector search, and LLM integration patterns for production use cases
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a technical or numerical field; Master's degree preferred 8+ years of experience in software application design and development or data engineering pipelines 3+ years of experience leading technical teams in AI/ML delivery Proficiency in LangGraph, LangChain, RAG chatbots, and NLP-based automation Experience with microservices architecture, Kubernetes, AWS, and/or Azure
