AI Engineer III

Serving as a hands-on technical lead, the full-time AI Engineer III will develop, deliver, and support Agentic AI applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with business objectives in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities

Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of Agentic AI applications, including multi-agent workflows and orchestration Provide technical guidance, code review, and mentorship to AI Engineers and contractors on the team Architect and implement RAG pipelines, vector search, embedding-based retrieval, and LLM integration patterns for production use cases

Required qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a technical or numerical field; Master's degree preferred 8+ years of experience in software application design and development or data engineering pipelines 3+ years of experience leading technical directions for application or AI/ML delivery teams Proficiency in LangGraph, LangChain, RAG chatbots, vector databases, and NLP-based automation Experience with microservices architecture, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, and CI/CD automation
