Joining a dynamic Cloud Collaboration Services team, the full-time salaried AI & Copilot Engineer I will assist in deploying and supporting Microsoft Copilot, contribute to AI-powered workflows, and provide user enablement while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Assist with configuring, deploying, and supporting Microsoft Copilot across Microsoft 365 applications
Provide first line support, documentation, and training to help internal users adopt Copilot effectively
Utilize AI-powered monitoring tools to proactively identify system performance issues and reduce downtime
Required qualifications
Associate's degree in a relevant field preferred
0-2 years of experience in systems engineering, cloud services, or technical support
Willingness to obtain Microsoft certifications such as AI 900, MS 900, and PL 900 preferred
