About the Role
UpSela Talent Solutions Inc. is seeking a talented and motivated AI Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to develop innovative AI-powered applications, intelligent AI agents, and automation solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong Python programming skills, hands‑on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), and a passion for building scalable Generative AI solutions.You will contribute to the development of next-generation AI-powered recruitment technology, including intelligent candidate sourcing, resume screening, semantic matching, and automated recruitment workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent AI agents.
Build Generative AI solutions using OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, and LangGraph.
Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and semantic search capabilities.
Implement AI-powered resume parsing, candidate matching, and screening automation.
Integrate LLMs with backend APIs, databases, and business applications.
Develop autonomous and multi-step AI agent workflows.
Build scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI.
Optimize AI model performance, response accuracy, latency, and operational costs.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver production-ready AI features
Requirements Required Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, Generative AI, or software development.
Strong proficiency in Python programming.
Hands‑on experience with LLM APIs, including OpenAI or similar models.
Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or REST API development.
Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other databases.
Understanding of prompt engineering and AI model integration.
Familiarity with Git, cloud platforms, and modern development practices.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience building AI agents or multi-agent systems.
Knowledge of Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or pgvector.
Experience deploying AI applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and AI workflow automation.
Experience developing SaaS applications or AI-powered recruitment platforms.
Hands‑on experience with real‑world Generative AI projects.
