What you will do:
Design and deploy production-grade AI agents using Python and LangGraph to translate complex real estate workflows into automated software.
Own the entire product lifecycle from initial prototype to production, collaborating directly with institutional customers and domain experts.
Build and maintain scalable full-stack features, ensuring reliability and high performance for long-running agents and visual reasoning systems.
The ideal candidate:
Has 3-5 years of engineering experience at high-growth AI or engineering-centric startups like Scale AI, Ramp, or Harvey.
Possesses proven experience building and shipping agentic or LLM-based systems that solve real-world user problems in production environments.
