Key Responsibilities
Build AI-powered tools for performance marketing and automate various marketing processes
Develop AI workflows for creative production and implement personalization in CRM campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and integrate AI features that enhance growth and retention
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of engineering or technical experience with AI/LLMs
Proficiency in Python or Typescript and experience with APIs
Experience in building repeatable skills or plugins for LLM clients
A builder's mentality with a focus on practical implementation over theoretical planning
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
