Joining a new Internal AI Engineering team, the full-time AI Engineer will prioritize high-impact automation, design and develop production agent systems, and integrate platforms to enhance Socure's AI-driven identity solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Partner with business teams to identify and prioritize manual workflows for automation
Design and implement multi-step agent workflows and stateful systems for improved task execution
Provide feedback on platform integration and contribute to the development of reusable agent design patterns
Required qualifications
8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in AI/ML systems or LLM applications
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and at least one agentic framework
Strong Python skills and experience in building production-grade backend services and APIs
Proven ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces and deliver impactful AI solutions
Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders to translate workflows into technical solutions
