A fast-growing AI company, supplying the training data and pipelines the leading frontier AI labs use to post-train their models Entered the US Government with three contracts live and government central to its long-term strategy Holds a facility clearance and works on senior-level, high-visibility national security programmes
Join a forward-deployed AI engineering team embedded with the Chief Digital and AI Office on a rapid prototyping programme Work directly with Pentagon departments to understand their problems and translate them into AI solutions Build and deploy AI agents and applications in sprints of a couple of months, from prototype to production Own systems end to end, from discovery and architecture through deployment, security and iteration Hands-on experience building AI agents, deep learning models and fine-tuned LLMs, deployed into production Strong Python engineering, with a track record of shipping systems that people use Customer-facing engineering or forward deployed experience Defence tech, Intelligence Community, military or US Government background Experience delivering applications into DoW, IC or government environments Based in, or willing to relocate to, the DC area, and able to work from the Pentagon three to four days a week
