What You’ll Do
Develop AI-Powered Legal Tools:
Build and refine intelligent systems capable of handling complex legal tasks.
Model Optimization:
Fine-tune foundation models using high-quality, domain-specific data across code, language, and usage signals.
Advance AI Reasoning:
Improve system capabilities for better decision-making in nuanced legal contexts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with engineers and legal professionals to build product-integrated AI solutions aligned with legal workflows.
Evaluation & Deployment:
Design evaluation frameworks and manage end-to-end model training pipelines—from data curation to deployment.
What We’re Looking For
Relevant Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science, or related field.
Production-Level AI Experience:
You’ve built and shipped complex AI/ML systems with real users.
Model Optimization Expertise:
Skilled in tuning and advancing foundation models.
Analytical Mindset:
Able to design meaningful metrics and frameworks for AI evaluation.
Creative Problem Solver:
Comfortable combining tools and models to build robust, real-world applications.
