AI Engineer- Enterprise Solutions

Support Heavy Civil Construction operations by building secure, AI-powered solutions and data integrations using modern Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

Work closely with business and construction operations teams to identify opportunities for technology and AI solutions

Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, automations, dashboards, and data integrations

Build solutions using

Microsoft Azure ,

Fabric ,

Power BI , and other modern AI technologies

Create AI-powered workflows using tools such as

Claude ,

Microsoft Copilot , and

Azure AI

Translate complex data into practical tools that improve efficiency, reporting, and decision-making

Own projects from initial concept through deployment and ongoing support

Collaborate with IT, security, and business leaders to deliver solutions that are

secure

and

scalable

Requirements

5+ years

of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, AI solutions, or a related field

Strong programming and development skills including

SQL

and

REST APIs

Experience with at least one of the following:

Python ,

.NET ,

TypeScript , or similar languages

Hands-on experience with

Microsoft Azure ,

Fabric ,

Power Platform , or comparable cloud technologies

Experience developing AI solutions, automations, or data-driven applications

Ability to work independently, communicate with non-technical teams, and convert business needs into working solutions

Bachelor’s degree in

Computer Science ,

Information Systems ,

Engineering , or a related field
