AI Engineer
— $180,000 – 250,000 (DOE); Mountain View, 4x days per week; Full-time Position.
Responsibilities
Architect, implement, and maintain LLM applications
Oversee complete ML lifecycle management
Handle data analysis, processing, and model architecture design
Develop training protocols, evaluation metrics, and MLOps infrastructure
Monitor and analyze emerging trends in GenAI technologies
Evaluate potential applications of new developments for product enhancement
Contribute to strategic technical decision-making
Present technical concepts to diverse audiences with varying technical backgrounds
Contribute to innovative AI solution development across multiple product areas
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of ML experience
Demonstrated success deploying scalable AI models in production environments
Advanced programming capabilities with Python
Proficiency with ML frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, and JAX
Experience with model optimization and deployment
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar
PhD or equivalent industry experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Published research in recognized AI/ML conferences or journals
Active contribution to relevant open-source projects
Participation in competitive ML platforms (Kaggle, etc.)
Engagement with AI/ML professional communities
Previous experience in startup or scale-up environments
