Motivated mid-level AI Engineers will design, deploy, and secure generative and agentic AI systems to enhance workflows and operational capabilities in a full-time role focused on critical missions across various domains, including defense and healthcare.
Key responsibilities
Partner with scientists and engineers to design and build AI agents that automate complex workflows
Support R&D and customer-facing programs, facilitating the transition of AI research into operational applications
Develop software infrastructure for agent communication, API integration, and deployment
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of experience in AI/Automation/MLOps
Experience in developing agentic AI systems and multi-agent coordination
Hands-on experience with generative AI and NLP techniques, including prompt engineering
Proficiency in Python and modern software engineering practices
U.S. citizenship required with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
