Building and shipping production agents and automated workflows, the full-time AI Engineer will work remotely in the United States, collaborating with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Solution Architecture to create efficient, data-driven solutions for business teams.
Key responsibilities
Ship production agents and automated workflows from a prioritized backlog, managing the entire process from scoping to deployment and monitoring Establish the data foundation in Databricks, creating Unity Catalog tables, Lakeflow pipelines, and integrating data from various systems Work with Data Science to measure agent quality through evaluation sets, tracking accuracy and latency, and implementing failure alerts
Required qualifications
3+ years of professional software or data engineering experience, with strong Python and SQL skills Experience building and shipping at least one LLM-powered application or agent for real users Hands-on experience with Databricks or a comparable lakehouse, or significant data engineering expertise Proficiency in integrating SaaS and internal systems through REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
