Job Summary: The AI Engineer is responsible for building, deploying, and supporting production-grade AI solutions that solve real business problems. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on implementing scalable AI applications, including agentic workflows and conversational systems, using large language models (LLMs), retrieval systems, and backend integrations. Key Responsibilities: Build AI-powered applications using modern LLM APIs and agentic frameworks Develop multi-step agentic workflows and reasoning-based solutions Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using embeddings and vector search Integrate AI capabilities into existing backend systems and services Optimize model performance including accuracy, latency, and reliability Implement guardrails to reduce hallucinations and improve output quality Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance AI systems in production environments Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to deliver AI solutions Support ongoing improvements and ensure operational stability of deployed features Required Skills: Strong software engineering experience in building production systems Hands-on experience developing agentic applications or LLM-based chatbots Experience with Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) Proficiency in Python or similar backend programming language Experience with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or similar) Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM behavior Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments Preferred Skills: Experience with frameworks like LangChain and agent-based architectures Exposure to workflow-driven AI systems Experience with model fine-tuning or customization Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) Experience handling structured and unstructured data pipelines Education: Bachelors Degree
