Responsibilities:
- Design and build architecture for an agentic AI system for insurance claim denials
- Develop specialized AI agents for classification, root cause analysis, and appeal generation
- Implement multi-agent orchestration and optimize RAG systems.
- Create evaluation frameworks and feedback loops for agent performance
- Collaborate with billing managers and engineering teams on production infrastructure.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in ML engineering and building production AI systems. xsgimln
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with LLM technologies (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG)
- Knowledge of vector databases, semantic search, and MLOps practices
- Passion for the mission and ability to lead in ambiguous startup environments.
