Title: AI Engineer/Developer
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)

JD:
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models and AI systems (e.g., NLP, computer vision, generative AI/LLMs, recommendation systems)
Build and maintain data pipelines for training and inference
Deploy models into production environments and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into products
Evaluate and fine-tune models, conduct experiments, and analyze results
Monitor deployed models for drift, bias, and performance degradation
Stay current with emerging AI/ML research, tools, and best practices
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field
Strong programming skills in Python (and/or Java, C++)
Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools
Understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data structures
Experience with LLMs, transformers, or generative AI is a plus
Preferred Skills:
Experience with MLOps/CI-CD for ML pipelines
Knowledge of distributed computing and model optimization (quantization, pruning)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
