Someone who assumes and maintains the development of AI projects together with our Central IT dept, with experience in
Architecture and design responsibility for Ottopilot (DEUTZ AG GPT)
Use of ticketing systems
Build/optimize RAG (indexing, retrieval, vector DB) and agent workflows
Integration of SharePoint, SAP documents, manuals, Windream, ticketing systems
Interfaces to ServiceNow/Jira and CTI/hotline; telephony integration
Data protection, access control (Entra ID/Azure AD, OAuth2) and auditability
Deployment & operations: Kubernetes, CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions)
Monitoring, logging, performance, hallucination reduction, QA of model responses
Knowledge management & feedback loops with service teams
Maintenance of these new systems
8+ years IT experience, several years in AI/LLM/RAG projects
Hands-on experience in RAG design, retrieval pipelines, agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering.
Experience with Azure (AKS, Storage, Azure OpenAI), Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
Knowledge of Entra ID/Azure AD/OAuth2, monitoring stacks, data integrations (SharePoint/SAP/DB).
Experience in LLM QA, human-in-the-loop.
