AI Engineer (Core - Data & Tooling)

As a Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction and core product at Build.inc. You'll work alongside the founders & early team to build state-of-the-art AI agents and the platform that powers them, directly impacting the most prominent names in CRE.

We are seeking individuals who are willing to learn and have a proven ability to create and ship. Responsibilities include: Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents using Python & Langraph, as well as other modern AI frameworks, for enterprise clients. Build out comprehensive data pipelines from scraping data across the web and integrating proprietary data sets. Collaborate closely with the co-founders and core team to define and execute the product roadmap. Drive key initiatives around data, tooling, storage, optimization, and infrastructure security. Embody a generalist mindset, tackling challenges across the stack from agent performance to platform infrastructure. Collaborate across the team to align infrastructure work with product roadmap and company goals to meet the needs of our partners. Champion best practices and help set the engineering culture at a foundational stage.
