Building and scaling LLM-driven conversational agents, the full-time AI Engineer - Conversational Systems will design prompt strategies, integrate AI with backend systems, and optimize performance while working remotely and collaborating with teams across multiple regions including LATAM, Europe, and North America.
Key responsibilities
Build and improve LLM-driven conversational agents Design prompt strategies and decision logic for conversational workflows Integrate AI with backend systems, queues, and APIs while optimizing performance and reliability
Required qualifications
Strong experience building AI chatbots or LLM-based systems Proficient in backend engineering with technologies such as Node.js, Express, and PostgreSQL Experience with AWS and Terraform for DevOps tasks Familiarity with frontend technologies like React and TypeScript Ability to work independently and demonstrate ownership of projects
