To support internal operations, the full-time salaried AI Engineer (California Licensed) will design and build production AI applications, architecting agent-based systems and deploying AI solutions while ensuring reliability and continuous improvement in a Los Angeles-based environment.
Key responsibilities
Design and build production AI applications that automate complex enterprise workflows Architect agent-based systems that coordinate LLMs, APIs, and internal services with reliable orchestration Deploy AI systems with observability, monitoring, and operational safeguards while investigating production issues
Required qualifications
3+ years of professional software or systems engineering experience with production software Experience in applied AI from a systems engineering background, such as platform or backend work Strong Python engineering experience Proven experience integrating modern LLMs into production systems using relevant APIs Understanding of distributed systems and production operations, including debugging and monitoring
