AI Engineer: Build & Benchmark Agent Intelligence (Remote)

Mastra is seeking an AI engineer to build features that help developers understand agents’ behavior, evaluate performance, and iteratively improve them. The role is hands-on, moving between experiments, benchmarks, and production code to shape the framework. We ship open-source TypeScript tooling for building AI agents; the team is fully remote and collaborates across North American and European time zones.
