In this role, you’ll join the IT studio team, responsible for advancing the digital workplace by building secure AI orchestration platforms, designing self-healing systems, and embedding AI agents to enhance the employee experience. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative, AI-driven solutions that simplify workflows and empower productivity.

AI Engineer | AI Agent Developer | Backend Engineer Responsibilities:
Design, build, and evaluate autonomous AI agents to solve IT problems.
Develop secure AI orchestration platforms with governance in mind.
Transform infrastructure into self-healing systems through AI-driven workflows.
Identify and minimize risks from third-party AI-enabled tools.
Contribute to new IT platforms that improve self-service and support.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product owners to drive AI-first initiatives.
Take operational responsibility for developed components.
AI Engineer | AI Agent Developer | Backend Engineer Qualifications:
Proven experience in AI engineering, AI agent development, and backend engineering.
Hands-on experience designing, testing, debugging, and optimizing agentic workflows.
Knowledge of front-end, back-end, and API-driven architectures.
Experience with infrastructure automation and secure AI platform design.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work on cross-functional teams.
Previous experience in enterprise environments building internal-facing tools is highly valued.
