Position Summary We are seeking an elite and innovative AI Engineer specializing in Agentic AI with 3 to 6 years of professional experience to join Hughes Systique Corporation (HSC) on a permanent remote basis. In this cutting-edge role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation autonomous AI systems, LLM-driven architectures, and intelligent software agents. You will leverage your strong proficiency in Python scripting, cloud architecture, and modern artificial intelligence frameworks to build robust multi-agent systems and advanced API orchestrations. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of generative AI and agentic workflows, we invite you to apply.

Detailed Job Description As an AI Engineer at Hughes Systique Corporation (HSC), you will take total ownership of engineering complex autonomous AI agents and large language model workflows. Your daily responsibilities will span developing modular AI systems using LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Semantic Kernel, integrating machine learning pipelines with PyTorch and TensorFlow, and orchestrating secure tool-use mechanisms via RESTful APIs. Operating in a fully remote environment, you will collaborate closely with data scientists, software architects, and product teams to translate state-of-the-art natural language processing (NLP) research into production-grade enterprise software. Furthermore, you will optimize cloud infrastructure performance, conduct rigorous model evaluations, and ensure seamless scalability for high-throughput AI applications.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy next-generation autonomous AI systems, multi-agent frameworks, and LLM-driven applications. Engineer scalable backend solutions and automation scripts leveraging advanced Python scripting and modern software patterns. Build sophisticated agentic workflows utilizing leading orchestration platforms including LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Semantic Kernel. Implement and integrate deep learning models and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow. Architect and orchestrate secure tool-use capabilities, function calling, and API integrations across distributed cloud environments. Optimize cloud architecture and infrastructure components to support high-performance generative AI and NLP workloads. Conduct comprehensive performance evaluations, prompt engineering refinements, and latency tuning for enterprise LLM deployments. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and research teams to deliver robust artificial intelligence solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline. 3 to 6 years of professional software development experience with a dedicated focus on AI/ML engineering and system architecture. Strong, demonstrable proficiency in Python scripting and asynchronous software development. Hands-on professional experience building and deploying cloud architecture solutions on major cloud platforms. Proven, production-level experience with AI agent development, particularly in LLM-driven or hybrid systems (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel). Direct working experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Deep understanding and practical implementation of tool use, function calling, and complex API orchestration. Mandatory expertise in Agentic AI, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI.

Nice-to-Have Skills Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Computational Linguistics. Prior experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector database indexing (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Chroma). Experience containerizing AI microservices using Docker and orchestrating deployments with Kubernetes. Contributions to open-source AI agent repositories or active publications in machine learning conferences. Familiarity with MLOps pipelines, model monitoring, and automated evaluation frameworks (e.g., LangSmith, Weights & Biases).
