About The Role
Join our client's team to design and integrate AI capabilities into IAM platforms, enhancing access decisions and governance workflows. Your work will embed decision intelligence directly into access management systems, driving efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Define reference architectures and reusable patterns for AI agent identities and access management.
Design secure access models for various identities, including lifecycle and privileged access.
Collaborate with application teams to integrate modern authentication methods into AI solutions.
Create architecture artifacts and guide proofs-of-concept to validate patterns.
Identify opportunities for AI to improve IAM processes while ensuring governance and controls.
Communicate designs clearly to engineering teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong Python skills, solid SQL, and experience managing complex data pipelines.
Experience developing AI-enabled workflows and familiarity with orchestration frameworks.
Hands-on expertise in building classification models and recommendation systems.
Proven experience integrating AI workflows into enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of distributed environments, cloud platforms, and system integration.
Deep expertise in IAM across identity lifecycle and access management.
Knowledge of authN/authZ standards and enterprise integration.
Practical scripting/automation skills in Linux shell and PowerShell.
Working understanding of LLM/agent concepts and secure handling of credentials.
Experience in regulated industries and creating enterprise standards is preferred.
