This role will partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable AI applications and provide technical leadership across AI initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement AI and machine learning solutions for business applicationsDevelop and support AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions, and enterprise integrationsCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutionsProvide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentorship to development teamsEstablish best practices around AI governance, security, deployment, and scalabilitySupport AI adoption through documentation, training, and knowledge sharingRequired Experience5+ years of experience with a combination of data engineering, AI, machine learning, software engineering, or related disciplinesStrong Python development experienceExperience with modern AI/ML frameworks and large language model technologiesHands-on experience with Azure cloud servicesExperience with Databricks and modern data platformsExperience integrating enterprise applications, APIs, and business xhyhwjd systemsUnderstanding of AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI practicesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred ExperienceAI agent frameworks and orchestration toolsVector databases and semantic search technologiesAI evaluation, monitoring, and observability toolsExperience integrating with platforms such as Salesforce and NetSuite and / or comparable ERP systems and tools.
