The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in AI/ML, software engineering, and DevOps practices, with the ability to design reliable and scalable systems.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and orchestrate agentic workflows for AI-driven systems.Implement logic for context-aware agents to handle marketing-specific data transformation tasks.Develop reusable components for data ingestion, transformation, enrichment, and validation.Ensure reliability, scalability, and traceability across agent workflows.Required Skills & Qualifications5–8 years of relevant professional experience.Programming: Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience using LangChain, LangGraph, scikit-learn, pandas, numpy.Machine Learning Expertise: Strong understanding of generative AI, AI agents, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, deep learning, tree methods, and statistical model validation.DevOps & Software Engineering: Experience with software pipeline development, GitFlow, CI/CD, and containerization.Domain Knowledge: Excellent communication skills with familiarity in the media domain or related industries.Preferred QualificationsExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI/ML deployment.Familiarity with vector databases and knowledge graphs.Background in MLOps for monitoring and maintaining production ML systems.Contributions to open-source AI projects or frameworks.
