We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy Decision Intelligence and AI-enabled products.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python/PySpark, Java, UI development, and knowledge graph technologies such as Neo4j.
Experience implementing GraphRAG in production AI/ML solutions and deploying to public cloud platforms (preferably Azure) is essential.
This role involves working in cross-functional Agile teams and contributing to the full product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product teams to design and deploy AI-enabled solutions across healthcare operations.
Develop scalable AI/ML architectures and pipelines using Python/PySpark and Java.
Implement and optimize knowledge graphs (e.g., Neo4j) and GraphRAG to enhance LLM responses.
Deploy AI/ML solutions to public cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI/ML models and applications.
Guide architecture, infrastructure, and tooling for AI/ML product development.
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards including HIPAA.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and contribute to product discovery and delivery.
Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in software development and MLOps.
Required Qualifications
Expert-level programming skills in Python/PySpark and Java.
Hands-on experience implementing knowledge graphs (preferably Neo4j) in production.
Experience deploying GraphRAG in AI/ML products to improve LLM performance.
Strong understanding of public cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
Experience with containerization, DevSecOps, and scalable deployment practices.
Proficiency in working with semi-structured data and NoSQL databases.
Strong understanding of API design and production deployment.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
Experience in the healthcare industry.
Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical workflows.
