ASAP About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced
AI Engineer
to join a high-impact initiative focused on modernizing software testing and quality engineering through Generative AI and intelligent automation. In this role, you will help build next-generation AI-powered testing capabilities that improve test planning, automate evidence generation, accelerate defect analysis, and deliver actionable quality insights. You will work alongside Automation Engineers, Architects, and Quality Engineering teams to design and implement innovative AI solutions that increase efficiency, scalability, and testing coverage. What You'll Be Working On Develop AI-powered solutions that enhance software testing and quality engineering processes. Build AI-assisted test case generation capabilities from requirements and user stories. Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. Develop agent-based workflows to automate testing and quality-related activities. Build automated evidence collection and documentation solutions. Create AI-driven test result summaries, quality reporting, and insights. Develop AI-assisted defect triage, analysis, and reporting capabilities. Integrate AI technologies into testing frameworks and existing enterprise applications. Partner with Automation Engineers and Architects to deliver MVP solutions and long-term strategies. Ensure governance, traceability, and validation of AI-generated outputs. Document solution designs, recommendations, and implementation approaches. Required Qualifications 5+ years of software development experience. 3+ years of experience developing Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions. Hands-on experience building applications using Large Language Models (LLMs). Strong Python development experience. Experience designing and developing API integrations. Experience working with Azure OpenAI and/or OpenAI APIs. Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration frameworks. Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. Experience developing agentic workflows and AI-driven automation solutions. Strong prompt engineering and AI workflow design skills. Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications and workflows. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting software testing, QA automation, or quality engineering initiatives. Experience building automation platforms or developer productivity tools. Understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. Experience working with TypeScript. Experience with AI governance, validation, and traceability practices. Familiarity with AI-powered reporting and analytics solutions.
