Requirements
Technical Expertise
Advanced programming skills in Python, Java, or R.
Mastery of AI/ML frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Strong expertise in algorithms, statistical modeling, and data engineering.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deploying AI models.
Hands‑on knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
Professional Experience
At least 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
Education
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Soft Skills
Exceptional problem‑solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and client‑facing stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced agency environment.
Responsibilities
AI Model Development:
Develop, train deploy machine learning models to optimize recruitment and talent management processes.
Solution Architecture:
Build scalable AI‑powered systems for recommendation engines, predictive analytics, and workforce optimization.

Collaboration:
