AI Engineer

Partnering with business leaders to deliver impactful AI solutions, the full-time remote AI Engineer will design, build, and support AI applications while translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring adherence to software engineering best practices. Key responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to assess workflows and translate business needs into AI solution architectures and user stories Design, develop, and maintain AI agents, workflow automations, and integrations using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure services Implement software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices, including testing, documentation, and operational support for AI solutions

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Three or more years of experience in software engineering or AI solution delivery, with at least one year focused on AI applications Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure solutions, and relevant programming languages such as Python or C# Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including security, maintainability, and testing practices Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, and integration patterns
