You’ll build AI that earns its place in production: agents, RAG/workflows, document intelligence, and integrations into CRMs, ERPs, and internal tools. We’re looking for a senior engineer who has shipped beyond demos—someone who cares about reliability, evaluation, and measurable operational value.
What we’re looking for
6+ years software engineering with deep AI/ML or LLM production experience Build and deploy agents, pipelines, and AI features with clear guardrails Work across Python and modern TypeScript/Node services as needed Integrate models with APIs, databases, and business systems safely Partner with product and clients to turn messy ops problems into AI systems Nice to have
Experience with OCR, email intelligence, or workflow automation Cloud deployment familiarity (AWS/Azure, Docker, CI/CD)
