About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to join our tech team in Fort Lauderdale. You'll design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions that drive real business impact — from intelligent routing and demand forecasting to automation and NLP tools. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape Rx2Go's AI strategy and infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop machine learning models and AI-powered features for our platform
- Build and maintain data pipelines and ML infrastructure (training, evaluation, deployment)
- Integrate LLMs and generative AI tools into existing products and workflows
- Collaborate with software developers and product teams to bring AI features to production
- Optimize model performance, monitor drift, and ensure reliability in production
- Research emerging AI/ML techniques and evaluate their applicability to our business
- Document models, experiments, and system architecture
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied data science
- Strong Python skills — NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or generative AI (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.)
- Familiarity with MLOps practices — model versioning, deployment pipelines, monitoring
- Experience with cloud platforms — AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Solid understanding of statistics, algorithms, and data structures
- Ability to work independently and ship production-ready solutions
Nice to Have
- Experience in logistics, healthcare, or pharma tech
- Knowledge of computer vision, NLP, or recommendation systems
- Russian language skills (a plus — our team is multilingual)
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)
- Experience with RAG architectures or fine-tuning LLMs Company Description
