Engaging in hands-on engineering for high-visibility projects, the full-time salaried Gen AI Engineer will leverage expertise in AI/ML technologies to deliver impactful software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a primarily remote environment with occasional travel.

Drive a culture of accountability by developing engineering solutions that ensure high-quality, outcome-focused results
Serve as a technical advocate, leading requirement analysis and ensuring code integrity and alignment with business goals
Maintain engineering craftsmanship by writing scalable code, mentoring team members, and continuously learning new technologies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
3+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 1 year focused on GenAI technologies
Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks including Python, R, TensorFlow, and cloud-native engineering on platforms like Azure and AWS
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, methodologies, and tools such as Agile, DevSecOps, and GitHub
Ability to travel 10% of the time for client engagements and project needs
