Overview We are seeking a motivated Agentic AI Engineer with a strong foundation in data engineering and AI orchestration. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and deployment of our autonomous AI agents. You will use cutting-edge frameworks like CrewAI and LangChain to build agent capabilities and work extensively with our data stack—including dbt, Snowflake, AWS, and Airflow—to build and manage the data pipelines that are essential for our AI systems. This is a hands-on role where you will have a direct impact on our Agentic applications journey.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager, Data & Analytics.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the design and development of autonomous agents and multi-agent systems using frameworks like CrewAI and LangChain

Develop, test, and maintain data transformations and models using dbt to provide clean, reliable datasets for agent training and decision-making

Build and maintain robust, scalable data and ML pipelines using Airflow to manage workflows and ensure timely data delivery

Work within our analytical data infrastructure in Snowflake, focusing on the implementation and maintenance of data solutions that support our AI workloads

Implement and support the cloud infrastructure on AWS required for our agentic AI systems, utilizing services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and SageMaker

Write high-quality, efficient Python code to implement and refine algorithms for agentic systems

Work closely with product managers, research scientists, and other engineers to translate requirements into production-ready AI features

Job Designation Hybrid:

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring Basic

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

Experience with Python and familiarity with its common AI/ML and data manipulation libraries

5+ years of professional experience in a software or data engineering role

Hands-on experience with data pipeline orchestration tools like Airflow

Experience working with the modern data stack, including tools like Snowflake and dbt

Experience building or working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS

Preferred

An interest in and understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs)

Experience building applications or agents using LangChain, CrewAI, or similar agentic frameworks

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma) and their application in AI systems

A portfolio of personal or professional projects that showcase your skills in AI or data engineering

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Demonstrable experience in prompt engineering and designing effective prompt strategies for LLMs

Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $126,900.00 - $197,800.00 base salary

This Role Is Also Eligible For The Following

Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.

Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
