Focused on building and improving Virtual Agents and Agentic Agents on Genesys Cloud, the full-time remote Agentic AI Engineer will develop NLU models, perform prompt engineering, and analyze real conversations to enhance automated systems' performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop prompts for Agentic Virtual Agents to optimize task completion and user experience
Build and tune NLU models aligned with user behavior and business needs, ensuring scalability and accuracy
Analyze conversation logs for performance insights and implement iterative improvements to NLU and prompt strategies
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
3-5 years of experience with conversational AI, generative AI, or related language technologies
Proficiency in Python and NodeJS for data preparation, analysis, and model tuning
Experience with Genesys Cloud or other CCaaS/conversational AI platforms
Fluency in Spanish or French is an asset
