Key Use Cases These engineers will focus on building agentic solutions using Bedrock Agent Core, including:
Voice Experience: AI agents directly answering inbound calls.
Proactive Outreach Engine: Agents initiating calls to customers (e.g., trip confirmations, changes, pre-travel assistance).
Agent Assist: AI copilots supporting human customer service agents.
These are senior roles; The most critical requirement is strong hands-on experience with both Amazon Connect and Bedrock Agent Core.
Primary: Experience with voice/phone data, and Agentic/Multi-Agent Workflow (e.g. Strands, AgentCore)
